This research aims to find out the causes of mental health disorders, and to find out the efforts of social workers to overcome mental health disorders and to find out what solutions to overcome the causes of mental health disorders. The subjects in this research were Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings of this research: Children in conflict with the law can experience mental health problems caused by several factors including: inadequate family factors (broken homes), social environment factors, and lack of education. These factors are ultimately the cause of mental health disorders for Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH) at the Mataram Paramita Center. The purpose of this article is to find out about cross-cultural counseling to increase tolerance in Islamic boarding schools. Indonesia is a country full of cultural diversity. The language, food and customs of each region have their own characteristics. This also happens in Islamic boarding schools. Each Islamic boarding school environment also has its own characteristics. Each student who comes from a different region brings their own regional culture. This gives rise to social conflict between one another. Tolerance is an important value that displays itself as an individual attitude and contributes to peace and order. Tolerance can prevent conflict in groups. Islamic boarding school-based schools have a role in developing the character of tolerance in students. A counselor needs to have the ability to be sensitive to cultural differences. There is a need to understand the cultural diversity that exists in Islamic boarding school-based schools. By understanding cultural differences, counselors can understand cultural biases that occur between one student and another. Cultural biases that cause conflict in Islamic boarding school-based schools can also be minimized and can be an alternative for conflict prevention. Cross-cultural counseling has the function of trying to understand humans as a whole in their cultural context through an interpretive approach. The psychological function of culture allows a study to understand a person's behavior through the expected social roles, norms and regulations that apply in their environment. The existence of two-way communication in cross-cultural counseling provides students with an understanding of the values and norms contained in each culture. Even though his name is not listed in the 200 recommended preachers from the Ministry of Religion (Ministry of Religion), he is still popular with the public because he actively preaches on social media, one of which is YouTube. With the rise of the phenomenon of preaching on social media, Ustadz Adi Hidayat has also expanded his preaching efforts through social media, one of which is YouTube because it is considered an effective medium for preaching in this technological era. In preaching, especially on YouTube, Ustadz Adi Hidayat has a strategy and communication style that can make people admire and like his preaching. Therefore, this research aims to describe the communication strategy and style of Ustadz Adi Hidayat's preaching communication and determine the effects that arise on viewers of his preaching videos on YouTube. This research is research with a type of qualitative descriptive analysis, namely research that prioritizes quality over quantity. The method used is the documentation and observation method with two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from several da'wah videos on Ustadz Adi Hidayat's YouTube channel. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from writings related to the strategy and communication style of Ustadz Adi Hidayat's preaching. The findings in the field stated that Ustadz Adi Hidayat preached by including verses from Allah SWT. Nor the hadith of the Prophet SAW. they also often hold studies discussing books and interpretations. Ustadz Adi Hidayat preaches more by analyzing issues that are currently developing in society. In preaching on YouTube. Ustadz Adi Hidayat is very calm and friendly. With the strategy and communication style presented by Ustadz Adi Hidayar, many people saw their preaching videos so that many people who initially did not know became aware of what the two ustadz were conveying. This can be seen from the lack of student compliance in implementing school regulations such as; not going to school without permission, coming to school late, some students sometimes skipping classes, disobeying teacher orders, not doing assignments, and so on, problems like these will affect PBM and student achievement levels. The problem formulation in this research is whether there is a relationship between student learning motivation and the learning discipline of Nurul Qolbi Stanggor Islamic Vocational School students. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between student learning motivation and learning discipline of Nurul Qolbi Stanggor Islamic Vocational School students. The research method used by this researcher is a quantitative approach because it pays attention to the goals to be achieved and the problems to be solved so that it can provide research results that have reliability and validity. The population in this study was all 30 scout students. The data collection methods used are the scale method, observation method and documentation method. This research analysis uses Product Moment Correlation analysis, calculations assisted using the SPSS version 22.0 for Windows program.</p> <p>Based on the results of this research, it shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' learning motivation and their learning discipline. It is known that the majority of research student learning motivation variables are in the medium category, namely (63%) of 30 respondents and are located in the interval 102-160, and the majority of learning discipline variables are in the medium category, namely (83%) of 30 respondents are located in the interval 99-127. From the analysis of hypothesis testing through the product moment correlation formula from Pearson, namely rxy of 0.732 at a significance level of p of 0.000 (p < 0.05) or it can be proven by comparing the calculated r value with r_ table, the value obtained is (r_hit= 0.732 and r_ table= 0.361 at a significance level of 0.05 with a size of N=30) because (r_hit > r_table) the results are significant and the proposed hypothesis is accepted. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Rhetoric is the style of conveying the message conveyed by the da'i to the mad'u. By delivering a good message, it will lift the spirit and status of the preacher. This research aims to determine Tuan Guru Muhammad Taufiq Ansori's rhetorical style, including language style, voice style and body movements. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods with a content analysis approach. Data on techniques for collecting, observing or watching existing videos have been uploaded on the YouTube channels of Tuan Guru Muhammad Taufiq Ansori and Tuan Guru Muhammad Atiq. Then analyze the words that contain the application of style, voice and gestures. The data source is Tuan Guru Muhammad Taufiq Ansori's YouTube channel itself and supporting knowledge such as books, journals, the internet or other references that discuss rhetorical style. From this research, results were obtained which showed that Mr. Teacher Muhammad Taufiq Ansori applied a rhetorical style very well in his lectures. First, the language style used tends to use words that are gentle, polite, do not cause provocation, and create a peaceful atmosphere. Apart from that, the language used is firm and not long-winded. Second, it is a rhythmic sound style, found in a flat tone when explaining history with moderate vocals so that it touches the listener. Third, apart from the language style and voice style, Mr. Teacher Muhammad Taufiq Ansori also uses body movements such as body posture and eye gaze, dressing politely and neatly, mimicking the face, and hand movements.
