The initial assessment carried out by the researchers at the La Raiba Hanifida Supercamp Islamic Boarding School, that the number of students was still small because in the field of public relations it was still in the process of development at the Islamic boarding school. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach in digging up data. Based on the problems above, this research is to describe how the Marketing Public Relations strategy for the millennial generation at the La Raiba Hanifida Supercamp Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the marketing public relations strategy of the millennial generation at the La Raiba Hanifida Islamic Boarding School in Jombang optimizes promotions through direct communication and indirect communication. Ada beberapa hal yang menyebabkan <em>bullying</em> (perundungan) di pondok pesantren terjadi, antara lain Pertama, kekuasaan mutlak milik kyai. Kedua, ketatnya kontrol pesantren kepada santri. Ketiga, pemberian hukuman fisik bagi santri yang melanggar aturan. &nbsp;Kasus&nbsp; <em>bullying</em> (perundungan) di lingkup pondok pesantren dapat dicegah salah satunya dengan merformasi sistem pola asuh. Dalam mereformasi pola asuh ada beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan. Pertama, Mempercayakan pengasuhan kepada santri senior. Kadua, melibatkan pihak eksternal dalam melakukan rekrutmen pengajar dan pengasuh, melibatkan pihak luar dalam hal pengawasan. Ketiga, tidak mentolerir adanya penggunaan kekerasan fisik dalam pembinaan. This results in their low democratic attitudes. This research aims to enhance students' democratic attitudes through the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) as a teaching model. This study is an action research conducted gradually in two cycles. The stages in each cycle include planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this research are fifth-grade students of SDN 7 Cakranegara in the academic year 2022/2023. The research instrument is a valid and reliable questionnaire on democratic attitudes. The results of this research show an improvement in students' democratic attitudes. From the low category of 14 students and the high category of 11 students in the pretest or pre-cycle phase, it increased to 17 students in the high category and 8 students in the very high category in posttest 2 or after the second cycle. Kegiatan pengembangan diri dilakukan melalui pelayanan konseling yang berkenaan dengan masalah diri pribadi dan kehidupan sosial, belajar dan pengembangan karir peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, penelitan melakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis potensi bakat dan minat peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan pelayanan konseling. Kegiatan ekstrakuriker dapat difasilitasi dan dibimbing oleh konselor, guru, atau tenaga kependidikan lainnya dan kegiatan pelayanan konseling dilakukan oleh konselor (guru pembimbing) dan atau guru kelas yang diberi tugas mengelola kegiatan pelayanan konseling. Pelayanan konseling di sekolah/madrasah merupakan usaha membantu peserta didik dalam pengembangan kehidupan pribadi, kehidupan sosial, kegiatan belajar, serta perencanaan dan pengembangan karir.
